I used to be a big fan of NM's approach to this race in terms of stamina pedigree, and as I've lost touch with NH form this season, I'd like to prioritise studying those on his shortlist if any of you know what these are? Did the same last year and had my biggest bet yet (EW) on the runner up, which he tipped up...

Thanks Swagger for your thoughts. My pick against the obious chance favourite is going to be Killyglen. For what it's worth, and at the risk of talking you off your first choice, Treacle looks to have just about the worst chance if Topspeed is to be believed. I admit I tend to place too much value on speed ratings, but Treacle's clocked times are abysmal...
