I don't normally bother looking until the 24 hour decs.
Aintree races have a tendency to really cut up in the days running up to it with small runner fields. I do like it, but its only the Championship compared to the Premiership of Chelts. Thursday at Aintree is a great day though. Only bet a fraction of what I do at Cheltenham, so can relax a lot more, loads of space on course and can take a pint with you anywhere, instead of being stuck in some stupid village!! |

Couple I fancy on Thursday but worryingly and unusually fancy 4 or 5 on Friday. Been going on Friday for years, my second favourite meeting of the year and don't usually fancy much but looking promising early.

Dont know what your on about ...... Thursdays racing looks excellent to me ...lots of competition for the winnings and plenty of battles to find the winners .... Will from Chelts run to form after their excertions ? ...Horses for courses and all that ....cant wait (yes I am going)

Thursday looks excellent - best renewal of the Bowl for a while, excellent 4yo hurdle field, competetive Fox Hunters. The Novice Chase and Liverpool Hurdle do look weak, but that was inevitable - though I'm looking forward to seeing how Pepitte Rose does against the boys.
