Looked very smart  on his last run, I believe he will be favourite on the day and you will be able to trade out with a profit at Betfair starting price on the day.

Presently he is trading at, 11.

It wont be favorite after everyones read this.
Prince De Beauchene has  a damline which hasnt been traced to any of the 74 British thoroughbred family lines, its sires family traces to family 26,this family has only ever produced 1 winner of the the Aintree Grand National in Anatis in 1860.
I can tell you that Comply Or Dies(2008)dam although only traced to the half bred Lady Madcap Family on his dams side, has strong National ties on his sires side with Old Vic from family 11A,this particular branch producing 3 winners in Oxo 1959,Foinavan 1967 and Rough Quest 1996,and the family producing 3 other winners in Old Joe 1886,Cloister 1893 and Bindaree 2002.
Amberleigh House(2004)although only traced to Mare By The Carpenter(1939)on his dams side so far,we know his sire Buckskin came from family 3D,the same branch as Montys Pass and the joint most successful family in producing Aintree National winners.
Red Marauder(2001)came from the half bred B20 family on his dams side, producer of the 1903 winner Druncree, nothing to get to excited about, but his sire Gunner B came the H branch of family 3,this family producing 13 National winners.
Little Polveir(1989)Although not showing as being traced on the thoroughbred heritage site, has actually been traced by pedigree query to family 1 branch R,the family producing 8 winners including Royal Athlete 1995 and Lord Gyllene 1997.
His sire Cantab was from 16H,this family producing only 1 winner in Golden Miller in 1934,who was in fact also from the H branch.
So although its entirely possible that Prince De Beauchene may be traced via his dam to a good National winning family,at this moment his chance looks one of the weakest, the sires side is weak and he looked very fortunate to win last years John Smiths chase at Aintree.
Take into account his apparent liking for soft or dead ground(John Smiths 17.3 seconds slow !!good ? i think not),can we see him having enough pace to stay up or near the pace ?,i doubt it.

There are in fact 23 stats which all recent winners have met,5 have met these stats, useing a bit of common sense and the family lines,it soon becomes quite obvious whose got the perfect credentialsWink, all to be revealed soon.

Very few of the threads on the forum make an overall profit, probably less than 10% and maybe as little as 1%, so if this heading makes money it would be fairly impressive.  Only time will tell if the Betfair starting price will trade at less than the 11, the price I achieved, in order to provide a back to lay profit.

Its my belief that this years renewal isn't that strong.

Ah well you would have lost money if you'd listen to me on this thread but I bet I wasn't the only person to be parted from their cash because of the favourites defection in this years event.

Ante post betting is obviously full of pitfalls. My biggeest regret is that I didn't get a great price, what I should have done was to back him straight after his last race. The price I acheived of 11, on Betfair didn't accuretly access the possible downside of this type of punting, unless your realistically getting a significantly higher price than the BSP its not really worth it.

You're either on the Grand National blog site or you have copy and pasted your piece above word for word from it.

In fact I do you a disservice - someone else has copied and pasted your piece word for word onto the other site.

Correct, someone who is not to clued up thought it a good idea to copy and paste my post from here and refer it to a blogger called called Redrum on the Grand national guide.co.uk,he is into the same dosage sytems and breeding angles that i am.
I simply thought Prince De beauchenes National breeding wasnt as strong as some of the others and was trying to make some valid points by giving examples of other winners that hadnt been traced in or not as strong as in one of their family lines but were strong via the other line, which PDB wasnt.
I was also trying to make the point he was a bit of a plodder,i was never questioning his stamina.
Manufacturers of ploughing machinery could do worse than look at PDB,his action is that rounded im sure its concept could be implemented somewhere in that industry.
After a considerable period of time 10.12 am 31st march(my copied and pasted post),we were greeted on that site with "Good evening gentleman,i have been woken from my slumber with the news that Prince de beauchene is a non stayer"from Redrum at 22.27 the same day.
The rest is history,Redrums post has now been recognised by some as the lost scrolls relating to the times of Byerley Turk Mare(GB 1695,family No3),describing how we can detect Aintree national winners.(A men the 2nd coming Excited).
Myself and a friend had tried to make our own posts on this site but for some reason it seems a bit of a closed shop(what happened to free speech),and admin never printed them.
This led us to believe that although a select few of the bloggers are posting very useful information(Redrum one),the feedback from the majority is so bad that they must be from the betting industry trying to put punters off,Redrum had made a post prior to last years race indicating the winner but never got a reply !!wonder why.
Anyway,i will be posting here in future, free speech, unedited abuse, love it,if you cant handle it or wear that tee shirt with the famous phrase "please god please help me to keep my big mouth shut until i know what im talking about"dont get involved is my advice.
PS.one of those is on its way to the person that slagged me for suggesting that The giant bolster had no chance in the Gold cupWhoopsLaugh
