I fancy this one, 85ish on here, jumps well, stamina ok, not ground dependant and goes well fresh. However, not a certain runner as connections may prefer to keep him for the whitbread or whatever they call it these days.
I like this horse and I really enjoyed his gutsy win at Sandown. Maybe a doubtful stayer (but I thought that before the race at Sandown) and he's a bit fragile - but that seems factored in to the price.

Nothing is classier than this beast with the possible exception of Synchronised who surely wont run in this now.
Will travel, will stay, won easily at Sandown this flatter track will be perfect for him look at the way he finishes his races off that Sandown race he wasnt stopping he has been gusty at Wetherby for his Charlie Hall win.
Is 11 now so they have nothing to lose surely they would risk him for a crack at this race rather than the Whitbread, do realise the stable have Cappa Bleu but the owner Paul Green likes a go at the big events.
If the trainer stipulates this is his aim I am convinced he will be shorter v much shorter than the 100/1 90/1 etc thats been on offer, will probably get 11st 3lbs could hope for 11st but doubt it has won off a higher mark than 154.
Do realise the likes of junior have been aimed at this race but 5 times the price off levels against Junior know what bet I would be striking lets hope he turns up.

Don't quote me Saxon, but I'm sure I read that he came back very sore after his fall in The Racing Post, and also he had been very disappointed with his run up to then, putting his participation in doubt.
