OSCAR WHISKEY'S price of 7/1 suggests that the horse isn't quite right and there not going to run him. If he is declared to run 7/1 is very big about a horse
with the best 2 1/2m form in the race. |

OW each way, looks nailed on to place imo,and possible winner.

Personally i virtually never bet e/w . Its probably worth noting that Henderson until last year didn't have a great record at Aintree , a lot of his horses
used to run poorly. Given he did well last year he may have turned it round. Oscar Whiskey could win easily but is just as likely to run like a damp squid for that reason he looks a win only bet. |

Its also probably worth noting that the weather up here is set to change dramatically over the next few days and could dry the ground out to almost fastish.
This would put a different complection on the race. Binoculer could safely beruled out on softish ground on fastish ground its not as clear cut. Oscar Whiskey stands a much better chance if the grounds on the soft side. |

I make Hurricane Fly a serious horse (didn't before the champion mind) and with that I have to fancy Peddlers for this assuming he's come out of Cheltenham OK.
I wouldn't discount the Halo completely, had the race in the bag last year before tipping up, he'll love the ground and I think the trip is perfect for him these days |

Totally agree. The price is so big that there MUST be some serious negatives (other than being up against PC and Bino). If the horse and the ground are fine then it's a barmy price, should be half that. |

Lovely horse Oscar Whisky he really is but get real guys.
The only basis for him to be winning is that he is better suited to 2m4f than he is by 2 miles but surely the same can be said of Peddlers, so the advantage he might have at Aintree just flew out the window, Peddlers Cross's weakness is he can be beaten by a horse with a bit of toe which we saw at Cheltenham. Oscar Whisky lacks the turn of foot but Binocular doesn't. He's 3rd fav with good reason and I wouldn't back him in the win market at any price. |

Any price?
You sure? |

Peddlers Cross best at 2 miles is questionable, imo, i think this race is made for him, especially as connections think he may be a gold cup horse, the further the better onwards and upwards

His lack of kick in a finish would obviously make 2m4f more suitable but he finished 2nd in the Champion Hurdle because someting had to.
He barely outgunned Get Me Out Of Here last season and he'll find Binocular a whole different ball game in this. 9/4 Binocular is like taking candy from a baby |
