I am quite new to 5min and hourly betting markets but after having the nerve to win a small amount my bets instead of being accepted immediately are now subject to a 15 second delay before they are accepted/rejected.During this time you can see the prices in the background changing and every time the price comes in my bet is rejected and every time it goes out it is accepted! This happens every single time without exception.
How in todays regulatory world can this be legal?
Your comments and advice would be appreciated.

------------

a fantastic question. the simple answer is that bookmakers can do what they like because nobody challenges them.

best example - bet fred. now the fella who runs this firm will welch at any opportunity. he knocks whenver he can. and, if u win, u cant get a tanner on.

so what do the governemnt?

sell him the facking tote!

The exact same thing happens to me with spreadbetting firms, refer my bets to "traders", who look at each bet on its merits supposedly, but as with you 99% of the time should the market swing in my favour it will be rejected, and accepted should the market go against us,  since this was put on my account it is many thousands of £'s down, having been nicely up so I've called it a day. When I question them, they say it is necessary as I was latency trading because the majority of trades seemed to have moved in my favour before it reaches there servers.

They are meant to be regulated by The FSA too

Finally received a reply from Ladbrokes after sending them proof of various bets which were accepted/declined.Apparently I am not the only one who has had this happen to them and they will speak to the provider which I assume to be Cantor and get back to me shortly. I will keep you updated!

Apologies for the delay in replying but the last few weeks have been rather interesting as I have been collecting some results for Ladbrokes and the other bookies who now use Cantor. My own account at Laddies now sees my bets accepted immediately after kicking up a fuss, whilst over at the other place they are a bit miffed that Lads offer me better odds than them! Same platform same customer different odds!
So if you've lost your laddies financial account go get them at the other place and let your bookie know if you're not happy - it worked for me.
