someone please explain how this can happen.

with only 100/1 and 1000/1 matched
with only 100/1 and 1000/1 matched
what market is this? perhaps a mistake/thought market was finished

1. 41 matched doesnt mean 1 person wins 41000
2. you gave us the impression of a big winner. surely you have more than 41K in your account?!?

It's mad that only 1000/1 and 100/1 were matched then it drops down to 5/1
Ok it might be more than one person but it looks like an error by one person to me.

it have been 20,5 laid and 20,5 backed.
20,5K have been lost and 20,5k have been won.

when was it matched scorewise? With poor liquidity these days it may happen that nothing is matched between 100 and 1000, but I don't see a point in the match when it would have been justified
then Hernych was serving at 3 - 1 and Llodra had a break point so this must of been when someone jumped in thinking free money coming 4-1 lead Llodra match over but even still 1000/1
