since ferrer already reached a final and considering the odds i'll back veradasco and lay him him later... maybe we'll see a 7-6 sets in this match...
Verdasco has a very good chance at winning this - better than the odds suggest. He's got most of his wins on clay, and a Nadal's scalp in the last week.
Ferrer won last three meetings in straight sets and the conditions will suit him a lot better than Verdasco given his consistent style of play.

most of his wins in the head-to-head against Ferrer, that is. I backed Ferrer because he is the league leader in wins on clay, but I'm not very confident.
Odds movement has been far too savage though. Verdasco went from ~ 20 to 25pc chance of winning to nearly 50pc in two games.
Can't believe Nadal lost to Verdasco. Especially at 2-5* in the third. Incredible when you think about it.
