do yourself a favour and forget joining ongame , just scroll through the forum man , all it is relentless problems , stay where you are or find somewhere else , forget this place !!

My advice would be NOT to open an Ongame account because by the end of the year, Ongame will be on a par with networks such as Everleaf, Entraction etc etc and have very little to offer because they dont have the player base. Tbh, the only site I can only recommend (reluctantly) on any network is Pokerstars. Huge traffic, good loyalty program (if u put in the volume) and very fast cashouts that dont take days to approve!
