attention betfair poker manager , please answer !!

i would like an explanaTion for The DOZENS and DOZENS of disconnections every single day and night on this site , it has now cost me over 4 figures in pots over the last week and im starting to get seriously pizzed off . because the software is so stoneage and lags when reconnecting all the timebanks get used up and afTer 2 disconnects i have to close all tables {usually 6 as i cant play more because of the software issues}because i have no time left ,  . i want to know what sort of compensation your planning on giving me for the hundreds and hundreds of dollars this has cost me this week alone ? you can see from my account that im a VERY GOOD CUSTOMER on poker and betting and i expect a fair explanation and fair compensation , please do not attempt to tell me the problem is my end as that is absolute rubbish and please dont ignore this issue , this problem needs addressing immediately and if im compensated fairly you may stop me and the hundreds of other players this affects of playing somewhere else , there are plenty of other sites for us all to play at with far better software than this antique !!
