why has this network had disconnection issues for so long , i must have them 5O times a day for 1O second intervals which will lose all my clock in cash games and more importantly cost me countless pots . it cost me one huge pot tonight in region of $4OO as i was timed out by the disconnect , please dont come back and tell me that it is my connection because thats rubbish . i know plenty of people that will never play here again because of this problem as there never seems to be any compensation for his relentless problem !!

i would move to another site right now with the masses that have already left if it wasnt for all the fish that play PLO on here , i just dont understand why this software is so stuck in the stoneage when all other poker sites are trying to move forward adding new features regularly , i really think this poker network is on borrowed time and it would not surprise me if it hits the wall soon and collapses . have you noticed how the guaranteed tournaments have been lowered recently ?? thats always a sign that things are far from stable !!

I think you need a new "o" key.

Are you on a wireless network?

For complete stability use an ethernet cable but if you're wireless then try changing your network channel (google how to do it for your router). I had similar problems and it was fixed in a few hours trying different channels. Also place your router as far away from any electrical device, anything that transmits via radio signals (including your microwave oven) can disrupt the signal, also place your router as high up as possible.

I was told this by a guy in a computer shop and it really helped.

I was advised to hold my left arm up in the air to receive a better signal. It seems to work quite well.

However when my left arm gets tired and i lift my right arm, then i start getting disconnected again.

Weird s hit.
