Database Table Errors

I sent an email last night to Betfair that showed in the "Tournament Information" window 188 players left but in the "Game Play" window they were already paying out on 178th place. (Bubble was 181).

I have uploaded a jpeg and will add it to this post when the moderator has approved it!

This is of obvious concern and I am wondering why no one else has flagged it up?
