buying in issue, anyone had this before?

ok, i'll try not to press enter before i have typed!!

basically, i have funds in my account, when i try and enter a STT or cash table it shows my funds, but when i buy in i get the message insufficient funds or failed to secure chips (words to that effect)

anyone had this before?

I have seen it before, but not for some time.  Probably about to crash?

I had it the other week when someone at BF had stuck a loss limit on my account without me requesting it. Took them a week to get it taken off too.

Other times I've had it was just a case of repeatedly logging out then back in again. Usually works 3rd or 4th attempt.

same thing has been happening to me, its so frustrating. Betfair need to sort their poker software out as it crashes alot. I have money in my account but cant buy in to anything

often happens before a crash/and a trapped funds event.

if it doesnt crash shortly afterwards, just log in /log out a few tines and that usually resolves it.

of course, when it happens midway through a rebuy mtt u are screwed, otherwise its just annoying.
