Days now sorting this mess out... was supposed to be resolved in 90 minutes... I'm afraid this has now escalated beyond a joke Betfair... I'm e mailing all national news papers to see if they can get a proper response...
I have 1 $30 +3 ticket which expires tomorrow... If you still have not sorted out by then I'm demanding reimbursement.
The IT team should be dismissed immediately, new ones appointed who actually have a clue what they are doing...
