) and looking through the figures I can now see why. I think they realised organic growth was slowing and needed an additional income stream to keep them on the right track for the IPO. I have no idea how much the PC contributed to the figures above however. If this IPO doesn't happen soon be prepared from more commssion changes imo.
Ladbrokes trade on a P/E of 14 (I know the business models are different but there is no direct comparison)
