BETFAIR have released a short statement in response to users who claim they have been unable to withdraw funds for a number of days.
The firm received emails and messages were posted on Twitter by customers complaining that they could not withdraw money from their accounts.
The statement reads: “Following some temporary issues with our deposit function a small number (15000) of customers subsequently had their withdrawals affected for a brief period.
“This was resolved swiftly and we will be speaking to the affected customers individually.”
Well it seems that after 4 days they reactivated withdrawals. They still haven't fixed the problem with held withdrawals.
