If the problem occured in running then only in running void bets should be at risk, it was an odd market. Prior to the race I didn't see anything strange and the lays I put in were unaffected so why should they be voided.

Oh and Betfair you have a section on your forum, can I suggest you use it to provide updates.

How can they void this ?  I placed my bets e/w on the winner ages before the race, sod the 'in running' problems !!!!

void the in running if they must. i had my money on before the off and its my only bloody winner of the day so a bit harsh to void the race because of one person f up

I Cant see that any Bets placed before the off are affected.

just called up support. problem with sp market. very unlikely that bets will be voided. i would be furious if the market was voided.

Bogley.  They haven't paid out, the bets are still in limbo.  If it was that obvious, the bets would already be voided.

Rang them myself.  Will go with Mikeys story.  All you wind up gooses need to get a hobby.

SP market issue.  Should be sorted in around 10 minutes.  Hmm

I hope we've all taken screenshots of our account statements to wave when the case goes to Strasbourg!!

The SP calculation mechanism is well enough known. No need to void any bets
