Newcastle greyhounds last nights - BF Voids - late reserves - two in a row!!

Were not those reserves reported by RPTV?
I tried to place a bet on a couple from Newcastle but betfair suspended some 2 minutes prior to the off, I think the 20.26 was one of those races.

They were reported well in advance sparrow. Whoever is responsible for this need to pull their finger out because it is totally unacceptable, yet it keeps on happening.

i had £25 on 3 in the 8.26 at 8.23,dogs on way to traps,just over the 2/1 mark,watched the race ,no problem,bet voided,not acceptable,surely you should get paid

Yeah I recieved the mail this morning. Ive voiced my feelings via mail. I was matched @ 4 on the white in the 8.26 and hadnt realised until this morning that the bet was void.
Shame betfair dont put half the effort into the greyhounds that they put into the football/ horse racing markets.
Moan over,bitter taste still here though.

They tell me that the representatives from the track phoned in the reserve information from Newcastle and said there were no reserves earlier in the evening even though they actually knew at the track well in advance.

Nothing BF can do apparently if they get wrong info rom the track.

You would have thought when the 19.54 was wrong someone might have called the track and asked if there were any more!!

does not matter what the sport is, its never their fault.i had a problem in the 8.30  nottinham horse race last night.baked the fourth home  in a sixteen runner handicap did not get paid. phoned up and was told 10 and 16 were non runners . then asked why i had not been paid and was told  they did not enter 16 in the market ,asked why and was told is was not given to them as a declared runner, so they only entered 15 runners in the market.checked the result with several firms and they say 14 ran and 10 and 16 were non runners , but betfair did not enter number  16, so its tough you lose,useless

In the 10.18 again from Newcastle tonight the winner trap 2 Allanas Diamond was actually named in the betfair market as Tashas Dream.
No doubt this market will also be made void ?
