Account suspended

What a joke. I've done nothing wrong. I ask why, and they give me this vague response in reply.

"Your account has been suspended as your account has been linked to someone has opted to self-exclude themselves from the Betfair site. As a result, we will require you to complete our full verification process which is listed below. The reason for this is that we must ensure that it is yourself using the account and not the self-excluded user."

What?

I've already done KYC, so they can take a hike. I don't like the way they have worded it, it sounds like they've already made their minds up that I've done something wrong. This is news to me, they are very wrong, and I am not happy.
