most Liverpool fans would rather their players didn't get tired playing for England. Carroll is probably the exception that needs the games. Ive watched most Liverpool games and Johnson has been good, made the odd mistake but almost always their biggest attacking threat down the right, Richards is good too but hes hardly played the last few months.

Easy to say about Scholes now but there was 2.5k sitting at 2.14 for a while of which only 400 got matched, where were you layers then?  No doubt some laying Scholes would be moaning about insiders had he been selected, truth is you're going to get stung more often that not on these type of markets
Report G1_Jockey_4 May 16, 2012 3:01 PM BST
i only saw it about 11.30

first time id looked at the market.

it was a silly move.....why didnt they drip feed it if they were sure.

it made it look like a manipulation of the market to lay at a lower price.

Report GoBallistic May 16, 2012 3:08 PM BST
Silly moves are not necessarily uninformed when it's a market regarding footballers
Report DonNo1 May 16, 2012 3:08 PM BST
The type of person who would have found out is unlikely to have a clue what drip feeding is and even still in such a low liquidity market you're often better off throwing your lump in and hoping for a fair sized layer than dripping it in.
