yes i can log on and but i can only view my profile but nothing else ive also been verified and use the chat still
im not even sure what that is only opened account 2 weeks ago deposited around £150 so far lost it all.. asked about £20 welcome bonus this morning said they would get back to me that was at about 11.30

Email them and ask for an explanation. My account is also suspended. I asked for an explanation, and received a complete joke response. My next email will settle things once and for all. Betfair don't admit to mistakes, so they can flush my account down betfair faulty towers bog. Whatever you do nani, fight your corner and don't take any shitt. Don't expect much though, they send in email responses during their tea and doughnut break, then it's back to counting commission and working out how to make their live video work for more than two hours.
