Only just seen this.
There's a complication as I am hitting the road tomrrow and will be away for the rest of the comp. I am expecting to get online OK but am dependent on various hotel wi-fis as I don't have a smartphone.
I won't be around tomorrow though except very early. I'm putting mine up today and looking for a volunteer to do a wildcard. If nobody has by tomorrow morning I'll take on the responsibility but I'd rather not tbh as I haven't started packing for 3 weeks. My pills alone will have a suitcase to themselves
His profile only disappears if he has been banned for life I think. We're having bad luck with bans having lost posy earlier in the year 

I'm going for Tuesday in the Oaks. Probably not quite as good as her sister but hopefully should get a place at least.

We are now a clear 2nd after what was a remarkably high-scoring round by all teams.
In theory we could catch the tips but I'll be happy with 2nd tbh.

I was expecting Norfolk to have a go by now.

But no worries   

We are keeping our powder dry.
I meant to put one up myself today. I have been in an hotel where the wi-fi is excellent,but am moving on so can't be sure how easy it will be to get online.
It's worth temembering that we have to find a wildcard for DG. madhatters did it last week.Any volunteers ?

Not the greatest of weeks but not a disaster either. I think we are definitely playing for 2nd overall which means that I would prefer anybody going early to be reasonably cautious.We'll see what the position is later in the week.
I assume DG is still on the naughty step,so we will need a wildcard for him. madhatters and I are out of the equation having already done one,so an early volunteer from the rest of you would be appreciated.
Meanwhile I have to talk to the AA about my car. I got it back to the hotel OK,but it looks as though it needs a new wheel. I'm a long way from civilisation as we English know it and I don't think any dealers will have a service section open today

I THINK if we can move up one place to 3rd this round we will be 2nd overall whatever other teams do.
It's down to 4 of us. We have Lampus' so that leaves smirnoff and hh. Mine is likely to be as late as possible for reasons which shrooodies may well work out why

We're a comfortable 2nd overall but miles behind the Tips tbh.
I've really enjoyed it. We now have a very dependable team who can at least be bothered to show up,which has made being captain much less stressful than it was 10 years or so ago,when my main memory is of Lampus and I scrabbling about for wildcards most Sats.
ud is talking about doing another one early next year so hopefully we can all reconvene then
