Exactaman all the pro mugs must follow that man in and he can't lose he'll get the best price then probably lay off to print himself free money. Still he has earned his reputation with consistency but following someone else kinda takes out the fun of finding winners imvho. Lets hope he is on the mark today. You wouldn't believe the number of times Stewpot has told me his shortlist and then next day or two Sir Hugh destroys the price one of them. He (and pricewise) are killers lol.

I think the Derby will be pretty tactical and probably messy today, I'm just hoping one of Nations Pride, Royal Patronage, Changingoftheguard and Desert Crown win it to advertise that its that Special Lady, the Queens weekend. What a woman.

Could this be the year Stall 1 wins both the Oaks and Derby?? I thought RP was coming back at DC at York so if he gets a clear run, he's my EW choice for Derby. The pnly horse to have lowered Coroebus colours to date........(Not my team selection though)

I'm well aware of what happens with his selections and have never followed him but sometimes my donkeys and his coincide...

Well our hopes were raised
Thanks to HKF & Exacataman for getting us off the floor and lifting the spirits
However most of the other Teams also had a very good week as well which detracted from our efforts
80 is the target  & we got 115 so we have got to be pleased
Its just the first week cost us dear
The form of the last 5 weeks 66166 has been not been to our usual efforts
So lets see if we can at least finish with a Flourish

Final week will be a Royal Ascot send off
so see if we can still be in there with a real chance before then

Well we ended the day almost where we started
Despite Hilly & Dessies seconds and Petes big priced 5th nothing to show on the score card
my place points added a litle but the price had disappeared
Didnt get the race or tactics I hoped for,
but thats enough crying over spilt milk for this week
Jimnast saved our blushes with a nice winner I only topped it up a little

This week is the FINAL WEEK of the comp so lets see what we can find

Well we just dropped off the pace towards the end there guys

I think it was another good comp, we pulled out some great efforts
Remember with 3 rounds to go we were still in with a chance of winning
Frustration is easy to kick in at this game but you know its swings and roundabouts game
The once a week aspect only compounds that but we all know about odds
we all gave it a go despite our personal circumstances
