I do hate PiD sometimes. backed the 6 and the 8, one who i knew would be tearing off in fornt and the other who i thought would be closing fastest. only for the 4 to fly and mug them both.

Penn R3 expected the Ness horse to be a lot shorter, evens seems generous, the 7 is a hardy animal but expect Centeno to sit on its shoulder and then quicken up the straight, covered the 6 who might manage to place if they go really quick up front, gl all

yeah not bad thanks Spiller. still doing this but only late night Thurs-Sat. Never been a big fan of the 'better quality' racing. See you still have the knack of finding winners :)

night of the unfavoured, first Felix at Penn then Fattie at PID, they say they come in three's, we need another poor rider whose name begins with F for the treble...!

this is a dog of a race with mainly low percentage barns and long standing maidens
i have chanced the 10 the yard is pretty **** but has had a lot of seconds recently as has the claimer and the horse at least drops in class and hasnt had 10 + races
saved on 2 mainly because its with a trainer
had first bet of night at charles townthis is a dog of a race with mainly low percentage barns and long standing maidensi have chanced the 10 the yard is pretty **** but has had a lot of seconds recently as has the claimer and the horse at least drop
these maiden claimers for $5k at CT dont get any easier. 2 4 6 8 9 all with chances imo. I'm going with 2 and 8 on that basis since they have the better prices. I'm not holding breath though and it is for tiny money. the 6 was a good 2nd LTO but drops back from 7f which i'm not convinced will suit tbh.

the 4's barn havent had a winner this year and the 6 is a 22 raced maiden
im sure there is an upset of sorts in this field of scrap its just finding it

leaving Penn R5 well alone, its a minefield. The Ness/Centeno runner in every race has somehwat ruined Penn for me tbh. COnfuses me too much becuase of his uncanny nack of improving horses so much, cant take them on and cant back them either.

i am tempted by the 1a the trainer is very good especially here and the ness horse looks a bit short to me
however it is very hard to oppose him anywere

last couple ive backed at PiD have been front runners who havent seen it out so I've laye dthe 4 here. atch it make all and win by the length of the straight.

i like the 2 really likes it here, has had three nice preps twice over to short and then at thistle last time (just never got in race) has always ran 2 lengths a better horse here than anywere else
obviously at 7 isnt getting any better but the rest have fralities, the 3 has left linda rice gets fatty and is a veteran off a massive break with no front shoes (no thanks)
there are some other admirable old sorts in this but i hope and think the 2 can win this

Penn R8 in a race unlikely to live to long in the memory, the 6 could build a big enough lead being the only speed and hold the rest at bay, the 5 has the problem of being ridden by the Wolf who has been known to panic when off the pace out the back where he is most likely to be early, no bet for me, gl all who are playing

Penn R9 Might just be my way of thinking but Ask Ommadan never runs as well when short and fancied as he does when long odds and unfancied, had to save on him, but backed 4 & 9, gl all
