I was thinking of moving all my ISA/PEP fund investments from one platform to another to save a bit on monthly charges. Do platforms charge exit fees for one to do this, and if so, how much do they charge?

Yes. They charge either per investment that's moved, or a fee if it's all liquidated & you just transfer cash. The amounts vary from one provider to another. There should be a charges section on their website. Who are you with & who are you thinking of going to? Remember that up to 75K is protected per provider (depending upon what you are invested in), so if your investments are north of 75K, you should consider using more than one provider.
