Just an outsider looking in but Lulu Sun made a very good first impression on me. Goes to the net and hits the lines.

Don't know anything about Donna Vekic but describes herself as a tennis player and business woman, which makes me think of Anna Kournakova. It seems she would have been underdog against Raducanu, and I would say Sun has a higher threshold for the grass game.

Just watching Coco Gauff playing Emma Navarro on livestream: two baseline players, eminently beatable in the semi-final.

Anyway, I had a summer bet on Lulu Sun. My one tennis bet of the year.

Why is she playing tomorrow morning? I don’t understand. Surely if the final is Sat then the semi would be Thursday and the qf on Tuesday. Seems most unfair.,

Will find out today whether radacanu was significantly under par on Sunday - I think she was short on length with groundstrokes for instance...or...Sun is better than general percepetion....I am betting on the latter and think Sun can defy her odds of c 3.65 today..
