Fascinating. You are hoping Carlos doesn't flinch at 1.3. Well worth opposing imho

Amazed Alcaraz didn't go for a bathroom break at end of 4th or are you only allowed one ,and he'd had it ??
Carlos is a nice guy. Doesn't do stalling tactics like that.

only a break up and 1.2..may well win but unrepresentative odds imho

sounds like boring 10 years ahead of us once Rafa and Novak hang it up.
These 2 played some the best matches there's ever been.

Alcaraz looked happy for now, but before long it will hit him that it's Vondrousova instead of Iga at the ball.

Only Novak to stop him for now.The rest are very ordinary. Will dominate like Fed for a bit until a rival hopefully comes along.
Agree thought semi with Medvedev would have been a hard match with being top seed and solid serve, Alcaraz looked head and shoulders above amazing.

carlos will now start fav for every slam.........he is only 20 and will get better..........novak is 36. the path really is clear for carlos to rack up many slams. zverev and tsitsipas are a joke..........rune and rudd are decent but not in his class.
Sinner, while not exhuming general greatness, will be one of Alcaraz's bigger stumbling stones imo through the years. Not that he will amass slams, but I see him as a spoil sport in taking out Alcaraz here and there.
Tsitsipas is hopeless indeed in the matchup. Zverev generally matches up decently, like Sinner, but simply isn't playing well.
