Cash out Ratio

Hi guys. One of my problem to beeing successful is definitely wrong cash out setting. Is there any "historical law" what is a good cash out level? I mean if I back odd 5 good ROI is 200 if I back odd 3 good ROI is 100 in tennis etc? Many times happens losses because we won't to much and don't take what is offering to us.
