I'm not from the UK so I don't know what it was like here. Others will know.
I know that in Sweden, it wasn't amongst the first sports offered, but it was later introduced (Slams only I think, maybe early 90's) and for betting on single matches, the slip had to follow the football format so home win, draw, away win, so if your player won 3-0 or 3-1 that was considered a win, but if the match went 5 sets that was considered a draw for betting purposes. I don't know that was met from bettors, I stuck with football and ice hockey betting. |

I was just wondering if you could get a single bet because back then if you had a bet on the football it had to be a stared match, on a coupon if you had a home selection you had to have a minimum of 5 selections. Interesting what you say about a five set match being deemed a draw
