Emma I think needs a mental coach as do so many players, very few are as gifted as Graf, Serena, Sharapova when it comes to mental strength, looks like Emma's wealthy and comfortable background hasn't stood her in good stead for when things get tough.

which leads me on to what I've always said, get as many working class kids as you can into the game, they come with natural fight and hunger, like Murray, and always carry that feeling that no matter how successful they are they always feel like they're gonner go back to where they've come from so they always keep fighting, it's not something you can teach. There are always exceptions to this general rule, Nadal always plays like he's broke and I think he's from a comfortable background, but it's few and far between

Regarding Emma: clearly capable of the highest level and she did brilliantly last year in the USA and Wimbledon: but all these minor injuries, inconsistencies, and frequent changing of coaches, taking into account her inexperience still seems disappointing: she doesn't appear straightforward - if she were a horse a trainer would probably have blinkers on her by now, no offence intended; but she should have been able to put together a decent support team that she can trust by now.
