it's true a lot of dumb people have called her h0mophobic when really all she is doing is following the bible, but she'd be crushed in today's game, it's changed beyond all recognition, it's virtually a different sport thanks to racquet technology, court speed and physicality.
I don't want to defend any bible nutcases, but if she had come along today she would have most likely still been a top player. It's not like she would have to play with a modern racquet, not have access to 2020's top gyms and coaches etc. She would most likely not reach 24 Slams though since Australian Championships don't count as Slams these days.

She certainly has an high estimation of herself, doesn't she?
She does make some good points & is merely providing some balance in the wake of the woke mob hellbent in trying to cancel her.
You can rest assured if she was a Muslim expressing her beliefs, she wouldn't be shunned.
As Frank Skinner once said: you can be anything in Britain today, except a Christian.

Another thing, if Billie Jean King had won 24 slams playing in the same era as MC, do you think her achievements would've been similarly airbrushed?
If she had 11 US Open's and most of them were played by Americans only, there would be the same discussion regarding the legitimacy of those Slams.
But also no. I wasn't around, but it looks like their achievements are similar. BJK is considered an icon and pioneer and Court is a persona non grata because of being a religous nut.
