I think he meant that every player apart from Russians, Belarussians and....Kalinina have their nation stated. I.e they wrongly grouped Kalinina in with the players whose country must not be mentioned.

you can mix up the Indonesian and Polish flags and no-one will be too upset, but don't mix up the North Korean and South Korean flag, and don't say that a played who's in house arrest is on your courts etc.
