This is complicated by the 'Double Ukrainian' factor (Watson beating Svito, Bencic beating Kostyuk).
Caramba pointed out the form of all the Ukrainians has dipped and it's understandable why. And these matches are playing out strangely quite frankly.
(eg watch the first 5 games of the Kostyuk match and tell me that looks like a 63-61 beating)
But Watson really does seem focussed and wanting to do well here.
I really like the signals she's giving off, talking about how at home she feels in Miami and how good her fitness levels are.
She looks big at 4.6 ?
