In this article from last year (https://lovetennis.com/off-court/rotterdam-td-richard-krajicek-responds-to-... a lot of top players complained about the slow courts in Rotterdam (only 3/5 in terms of court quickness) and thus the courts this year have been adjusted to be a bit faster. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.
