What is this about? It's not something I'm aware of. I was pretty stunned to see Nadal shorten about 20 ticks from opening price in a match like this though, that's pretty unheard of.

He had a foot injury against Rublev in Vienna, then withdrew from Paris. Big odds movements both before the Tsitsipas and Nadal match.
