People would abuse it for gamesmanship all the time if there wasn't a rule that penalises you for taking random bathroom breaks whenever it suits you best.

The Cologne centre court stream by the public broadcaster is a catastrophe. Was yesterday, is again today. It gets stuck and buffers all time time. I thought, oh maybe it's the Chromecast that isn't stable, but it does the same **** on my computer.
Watching tennis has never been more annoying. |

and it stops, buffers and restarts where it left off, so with every stoppage/buffering it adds to a delay that accumulates and gets bigger and bigger with time.

I don't know that for the fact, but the Perform logo comes up when you start the stream. So they're involved with it, but there could be other companies involved as well.

but mine seems mostly muggy in the first seconds and fine after that.

broken tennis streams have been a problem here since the switch from Flash over a year ago.

betfair streams get stuck more for me than nando's, but the delay is much lower. Also, it regularly jumps to reset itself to the normal delay, whereas on nando's the delay gets bigger with time.

Don't really experience the getting stuck as a problem on bf though.

hmm. for me they are often broken on bf. works fine on 365 but has a long delay.
this week Cologne and St Petersburg seems fine on BF, whereas the Sardinia streams has the stuttering. |

so it's actually really weird that the Cologne stream on your chromecast is mugging.
