Limoges 125k and Dubai 100k often have very decent fields in December even though there's nothing around it. You might not get the superstars, or many players from other continents, in Linz, but it should be a very decent field.

I didn't follow closely, but from what I'm reading on twitter umpire put the incorrect score in as set 2 Travaglia (so GSM him), and trigger happy BF suspended and settled all odds markets. Then reopened market mid 3rd set.

If he got three code violation, delay of game warnings, then breaking a racquet and getting warned for it (code violation, unsportsmanlike conduct), then that is a default to my knowledge.

Not necessarily. Was he the receiver? Because as the receiver you are also bound by the 25 second rule between serves. The server loses his first serve, but the receiver loses the point from the second time violation onwards. So maybe he got five time violation warnings?

Someone posted the rules on toilet breaks on twitter, but that is a harsh punishment imo.
