well it clearly stunk to high heaven. owner knew the 2nd horse was in good form so gave instructions to the jock riding the favourite to hold back and not win, and gave instructions to the other jock that he must give everything to win, and the horse is capable of it. then comes the problem because the info clearly leaked out before the race started
