I am here just to rant because I am so annoyed.   I had a bet on Djokovic to beat Nishikori in the Australian Tennis Open last night( I know that the odds were prohibitive but I don't always bet at such short odds )   The bet was accepted.  He was winning 6-1 4-1 when Nishikori retired injured.   I looked in my account earlier to see my winnings - they were not there.   I contacted betstars support and the person there told me because NIshikori retired early my bet was a loser.   I told him that Djokovic won the match therefore I should get paid - he told me that he didn't win the match (how do you argue with that).   Anyway I am here not because of the money involved (it wasn't that significant) - I'm here to tell you to be careful placing bets with this lot.   I don't know of any bookmaker in the UK or Ireland that wouldn't have paid on this bet.   Has anyone else encountered this?  ps - rant over!!

edit - I meant that they voided the bet (it wasn't deemed a loser)

ive been stung by the same thing many times and its really annoying, ive even had it once where my player was a set up and like 4-0up in the 2nd set and the other players retired, its just the chance you take now doing it on a sportsbook
