Seems like everyone is doing their best to move out of his way - should we wait for a double injury to Rafa and Djoker now just to complete this...? Crazy

Crazy thing is I had an early spread bet on him.....but laid off for a tiny profit while he was playing (and struggling) against Bemelmens....Cry

Its unthinkable that he could win any slam, let alone Wimbledon and yet here he is, in a semi. My first thought was Anderson will surely beat him and looks huge at Evs.

Then I saw the H2H  Surprised

Plus Anderson had a much harder match before this.

To be fair pretty ridiculous for Anderson to be at this stage too...

He won his first 1000 event this year too. He was a big odds shot for that. It was written it seems. Scared

Anderson been in a slam final, tho.

He's also been on CC many times. I think I read somewhere that this is Big John's first time.

Will never understand why he was more tired than Anderson - ever.

Hats off to both players. Gave everything. Backed Isner at 95 on here but how he tried. Anderson the better player today and always having to catch up isn't easy. Seems like a great guy as well and showed a lot of class in victory. Well done Anderson and a brave performance from Isner at the age of 33.
