If anyone is looking for a stand out bet, under 36.5 @ evens.
Outside the UK it seems nobody cares about this match as it seems all too predictable and we've seen it all before.
Under 36.5 games at evens is not a good bet. 2/9 on an absolute certainty is a good bet.
he might sneak a set or even 2, but he is very unlikely to win, he was lucky to beat Raonic, as without the injury Raonic would surely have won

The argument can make for not backing is Djokovic has gone much higher in their recent grand slams meetings than start price, but still won. What has tended to happen is Murray hangs with Djokovic for 2 1/2 - 3 hours before Djokovic pulls away. I'm not even sure that will happen here though, can see Djokovic just motoring away from the start. Feels like Djokovic has pressed on to another level.

Yep. I am a sports junkie who lives a 20 min drive from Melbourne Park and couldn't care less. Have never connected less with an Oz Open before - usually attend, this year have barely even watched on TV. Tennis needs some new blood. For all the talk of this being the best era ever, the big 4 (now the big 3) have reduced it to a snooze fest. Greatness is amazing until it becomes mundane.
Small punt on djoko most aces for me as a side market. Think he'll win comfortably.

What makes you think that? Murray has won 5 of the last 6 times, though often very close and Novaks numbers have increased.
Two best players in the men's game at the moment. My dosh is on the Novak but would be good to see Murray win for gb tennis
its just pure luck that Murray reached the final....hes played poorly and his serve has been abysmal...6/4 3-0 is enormous...IF Djokovic WANTS to win 3-0 he simply will. I can't see Murray getting into double figures games won

Poor Murray lost 5 out of 5 Aus Open finals and all 4 v Djokovic.
As an old timer I remember borg lendl etc is it impossible for modern players to look as though they enjoy playing? Iused to love Connors berating himself now there are no characters the commentator said the the other day they are here to win not entertain is it not possible to do both? It reminds me of that spurs full back who was honest to admit he never watches football and its just a job for him.

murray pretty much got his tactics right and caused djoker some problems, well after a dismal 1st set anyway.
just didn't execute at key moments, too many ue's on the forehand and i will just gloss over that tie break effort.
