It really annoys me that S Williams is always referred to as "Serena" and other players are identified by their "sir" name (even the OP felt it necessary to identify RF).

To answer the very hypothetical Q, only if you mean Serena Williams and Mirka Federer.  SW would have big problems winning a set against any ATP top 100, let alone a match.
