She is fairly unpredictable at times and could go down against Kanepi 2 and 3. But I still feel she has a bigger chance than what the current odds reflects. She has a winning record against Kanepi (3-2) (note that the last time they played on clay was a qualifying round in Marbella back in '09) and Kanepi is not exactly a consistent performer either.
So far this year, Kanepi has lost in 2 against Minella and Pliskova on clay, while Cirstea got crushed by Scheepers last week and lost in 3 against Safarova the week before (both on clay).
Cirstea at her best is better than Kanepi - fingers crossed she'll turn up today.
