I think nadal wanted this result. like all great sportsmen he wants the big challenge, he doesn't shy away from it. he won't tank, that's for sure.
if this was the first time federer loses an important match in such dramatic way, i will feel sorry about him due to his excellent tennis career.. BUT

This was worst trading ever and one of quickest losses ever for me.. And the worst thing is everything was as I expected... F ing psychology
i backed fed at 8 to win the us open and in the context of my 20 year betting career that loss really hurt. I backed fed the year Del Potro did him too. Absolutely gutted.
