I know it's hard to keep up with the rule as they keep changing them every other year (eg. at least 2003 all matches played regardless of score, 2007 doubles match dropped, 2008 4th singles dropped :| ), but as you can see they'll now skip the 4th singles match :(

is that only for the final? the 4th singles was played for earlier rubbers this year
seems so. In Davis Cup they also play every match in the ties before the final and in the final they stop once the tie has been decided.
