Grosjean got one as well - what a waste
|
By:
yeah, giving him two would've been a bit of a waste after all.
Llodra and Grosjean also got Wild Cards |
By:
And as an advocate of ATP superiority you should not want him in Paris as well Jeff :D
|
By:
Grosjean wtf? Just retire already.
|
By:
Are any of the following players retiring soon: Schuettler, Clement, Grosjean, Spadea, Pavel...

Are any of the following players retiring soon: Schuettler, Clement, Grosjean, Spadea, Pavel... I really hope so! Pavel will retire. Spadea should also. Schuettler and Clement still makes some decent results. Schuettler earlier this year on grass. I really dont know if Grosjean level just declined big time or he is affected by all the injuries. |
By:
Pavel has already retired...mind you he said that a year ago too....lol
|
By:
Actually if 3 more players drop out of Paris today then they will have to give Safin's wild card to somebody else...lol
|
By:
who has already droppet out?

Pavel ended his great career by playing a doubles match in bukarest that was broadcast on betfair livevideo and the dumb "I do live commentary during the rallies and mispronounce all the names"-commentator constantly confusing him with his doubles partner Trifu.
As a matter of fact I don't think the commentator got it right even once. |

|
By:
I think Santoro is retiring after Oz Open is he not? Wants to be first player to play in 4 different decades.
|
By:
No, this year he's retiring.
|
By:
No, he is playing Australian Open.
|
By:
he said late last month that IF he were to continue after Paris bercy, the AO 2010 would be his last tournament.
As far as I know it's still an if and the official plan is still to retire next week |
By:
Didn't know facts could be so hard to digest :^0 It's Paris, get over it.
|
By:
I can easily imagine him playing doubles at the majors and a couple of french and grass events for another decade or so though
|
By:
Santoro said today Paris will be the fin...

''The Paris Masters, starting on Sunday, is likely to be the last tournament for the 36-year-old although he has not totally ruled out taking part in the Australian Open in January. If he does compete at Melbourne Park, Santoro, who played the first of a record 67 grand slam tournaments at the 1989 French Open, would be the first player to have played grand slams over four decades. "I don't know what I'll decide," he told Reuters in an interview. "My idea was always to finish my career at (Paris Masters venue) Bercy but at the same time, going to Melbourne would make me worthy of a Trivial Pursuit question.'' I know he wants it. If he doesn't play the AO I will post naked pictures of myself. |

Get ready for naked pictures forum...lol
