That was pretty obvious.

Report super_teddy November 6, 2009 4:37 PM GMT
Must admit, I was very worried during the second set. Djoko missed all his chances and was then looking finnish before Mugwrinka came to play. But in the overall picture, this meltdown was to be expected at some stage. As soon as he blew that lead in the second he had no chance in his head.

Stan's tank dry. Can't blame him. Small miracle if Djoko manages to give this away now.

Report james pond November 6, 2009 4:40 PM GMT
ok... my advice... keep your bet as it is and carefully watch how they are playing.. if they keep this up, and if djokovic serves ok, you're in the clear... but if wawa breaks back, the odds should be about 1.5... if djoko continues ok after that, if he doesn't make a lot of ue's (THAT'S VERY IMPORTANT), you're ok... but hedge for a loss before the tiebreak... better to lose 3000 then 5000

note... djoko 2 bp's.. you should be ok...

Report Dado7029 November 6, 2009 4:46 PM GMT
no excuses though for not laying out after wawrinka break in 2nd
Report james pond November 6, 2009 4:46 PM GMT
well, laska, my guess is you swing traded? you have to be very careful with that... you can comftorably swing about 2-3 times, but with the size of your bank, you should use 400 euro's stakes max... and then swing at the right points.. but i would suggest scalping with 500 euro stakes.. put at 1,7, lay at 1,59... if it goes the other way, hedge for a loss.. if you start reading the matches (after time) you'll win a lot often then you lose, and be in a big plus... but.. if you're not experienced, down the stakes to a test phase of 50-100 euros..

no video? wtf?
Report laska November 6, 2009 4:47 PM GMT
yeah, that's the psyhology. you can read tousand books about it and you will still back when odds are low and lay when are high... i think i should really consider quiting gambling and concentrate on making profits in soccer surebets
Report james pond November 6, 2009 4:48 PM GMT
well in in play tennis, it's all about the experience... no books will help you if you don't practice.. but if you don't feel comftorable, stick to something you know works.. for exampe, soccer surebets.. i only trade tennis, and don't want to get involved with anything else..

Laska, try to learn reading matches like this guy, predicting a first set loss for Djoko, only to come back strong taking the next two.

****** 06 Nov 15:48
Djoko to drop a set but win like 57 64 63.

If you time your swing trade correctly too you can easily be 6K on both guys each match, not only on one.. :-)

well it's save to say that Wawa has managed to pluck defeat from the jaws of victory. Really should have finished Djoker off in 2. However it was clutch tennis from Djoker in that 2nd set TB in the midst of a hostile and vociferous crowd.
