Yesterday, Spanish Tournament Co-owner Ferrero started his match against some mug whose name I forgot incapable of performing indoors as a prohibitive fav, but lost, even busting the famous 1,01 on his way.

Tomorrow, Spanish Tournament Co-owner Ferrer is starting his match against some mug whose name I forgot incapable of performing indoors as a prohibitive fav but already gave a hint about the journeys direction by pulling out of doubles due to "harmstring injury".

Question therefore:

Can anyone work out any parallels between these two matches please ?

The Draws on the ATP website are always a good place to find out why player's withdrew, as are menstennisforums and if it's someone as prominent as Ferrer also the news section of tournaments (though in this case it's not a headline, but hidden in e.g one of the news from nov. 4 )

Ferrer has admitted that if it was any other tournament he would have withdrawn by now. Ferrer's match against Montanes on Thursday is scheduled last on court in order to give the Spaniard more time to recover from a hamstring problem which forced him out of the doubles today.

Ferrer's the last person I think of as a tanker. There's a first for everything though.

In spanish news:

Ferrer says that he is injuried

If he is injuried and probably saving himself for the upcoming Davis Cup clash which is far more important isnt Monty an excellent price then ?
