why have all my matched bets been voided???

Not sure, it was suspended and when it reappeared half the bets were gone.

they are currently lying to me saying none of the bets were matched so would help if you contacted Betfair too. They will be under voided bets

If the market wasn't suspended at the off then the rules say bets will be voided. What a shower they are. They could've told me that in live chat. I had no idea that was the case. Cost me about £100 in the end

Whenever i have contacted them before they never have a clue what im on about so i dont bother anymore!!

I had 4 bets matched on this market and after it suspended, my 3 bets making a profit had disappeared and I had one bet remaining that stayed matched. Also all of my unmatched bets were still live. So it doesn't wash with me that the market was voided, been in touch with customer services twice and they just say they've explained that the bets weren't ever matched. Seems like someone in Betfair was losing a lot of money.
