I've got a couple of cod-in-butter sauce simmering, to be served with mash and petit pois, then raspberries & blueberries with ice-cream and cream!

I'm not at all religious, but for some reason I seem to often have fish on Fridays - had salmon and new pots last Friday

Evening MD - yes I have pretty much given up on ITT unless I have absolutely nothing else to do.  It seems too lightweight for me now and the features I found most useful and enjoyable have gone.
